Create Your Quipo Health Account - Step by Step

Before You Begin, What you'll need:

  • A valid email address

  • Access to that email inbox

  • A valid health card, a credit card, or private insurance

  • Chrome or Safari browser on your device

  • 5-10 minutes


Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Access the Registration Page

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome or Safari recommended)

  2. Enter your Email for the magic link to Sign Up (Must be valid and accessible)

  3. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Note:

  • Patients aged 16 and older are recommended to use a unique email address and create their own individual account

  • Patients under 16 should be registered under a parent or guardian's account using the "Add Family Member" feature under "My Profile" after initial registration

Step 2: Magic Link Authentication

  1. An immediate email is sent to the address you provided, and you will see a confirmation screen

  2. If you need to resend: Wait 60 seconds β†’ Click "Resend magic link."

  3. Check Gmail or your email provider within 30 minutes, as the link expires

  4. Click the magic link

  5. It will automatically open in a new browser tab with a verification confirmation screen

Step 3: Setup your Profile

  1. Proceed by clicking Continue on the verification confirmation screen.

  2. Select one of the following options to setup your profile

    1. Health Card

      Select this option if you have a provincial health card

    2. I will pay directly

      Select this option for paying with a card

    3. I have Private insurance

      Choose this option if you have guard.me insurance. For all other providers, direct billing is not available, and the payment will be charged to your card on file.

Note: You can modify these options under "My Profile" after initial sign-up

Step 4: Enter Basic Information

  1. Use your legal name as it appears on your health documents

  2. Select your gender and provide your date of birth.

  3. You would be required to provide other details as per your selection in Step 3

    1. Provincial health card number

    2. Payment card details

    3. Insurance details

    4. Phone number and Billing address

  1. Home: Schedule and manage upcoming and previous appointments

  2. My Profile: Personal info, Setup profile details, Adding family member

  3. Billing: Payment methods, insurance details, statements

  4. Settings: Account security, Alerts preferences, email/SMS settings

  5. Notifications: Appointment reminders, Billing alerts, communication, and document alerts
