To assign individual rates for a Plan in QuotaPath, navigate to the Plans page by clicking 'Plans' on the left-hand navigation bar. Click the Plan name to open the plan details and view the plan structure. Then, you can navigate to the Rate Table by either clicking ‘Edit’ to the right of the earnings component and selecting 'Manage Rates' at the bottom of the details page or by clicking the down arrow next to ‘Edit’ to expand the component details and selecting 'Manage Rates'.
In the Rate Table, you can assign individual rates by filling in the cells to the right of each member's name. The greyed-out cells at the top of each period represent the default rate. This is the same rate initially set in the component editor, and this is the default rate that will be used if an individual rate is not assigned.
If you need to edit the earnings rule or change it from staying the same to changing over time, you can do so on the left-hand side under the component details.
If the rates change over time, click the green '+' icon to add more periods to the table.
You can also bulk upload individual rates by clicking the ‘Bulk Updates’ button in the top left.
Click the ‘Download Template’ button in the pop-up modal to download the bulk upload template. In the CSV file, fill in the cells with the rate values for each period.
Don't make any other changes to the template, including deleting the second row with the default rate values, adding or removing members, or adding or removing periods. If you need to add more periods, please add them directly to the Rate Table before exporting the template.
Once the template is completed, save it as a CSV file and upload it back into QuotaPath via the pop-up modal.
Once individual rates have been assigned, click 'Continue' and select 'Save' at the bottom of the component details page. Then select ‘Back to Plans’ to return to the Plans page.
