To update a Plan assignee's details in QuotaPath, navigate to the Plans page by clicking 'Plans' on the left-hand navigation bar. Click the Plan name to open the plan details. The Assignees section is below the Plan Structure.
Use the search bar to find the assignee, then click the three-dot menu to the right of the assignee's name. Select 'Edit member plan details' in the pop-up modal and click 'Continue & edit'. Use the date selectors to set the new start and end dates, and then click 'Save'.
The effective dates of a plan assignee should be updated if they are being assigned to a new Plan or if they have left the company. The plan's effective dates will also automatically filter any deals synced to a CRM. However, it is not recommended to unassign a member from a Plan if they have left the company so that historical data is maintained.
