New Page Filtering Experience

Our improved filter interface lets you view and manage filters more easily while enhancing performance and eliminating filter resets

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We’ve redesigned our filtering experience to be more intuitive, consistent, and powerful, giving you greater control over how you view and interact with your data across pages. With this update, filters are easier to apply and understand, and—most importantly—they now persist as you navigate throughout the platform.

To get started, head to any supported page, such as the Deals page, and click on “Applied Page Filters.” This will open the new filtering panel, where you’ll notice a streamlined layout that makes it easier to set your criteria. You can choose from preset date ranges like this month, last month, this quarter, or last quarter, helping you quickly narrow your view to the time period that matters most.

You’ll also find improved owner filtering options. You can select all users, only active or inactive ones, or narrow it down to specific individuals. Whether you're trying to isolate a single rep’s data or view performance across a team, the updated filters make it clear who you're looking at.

One of the biggest improvements is how filters now work across plans and components. Instead of being locked into one view, you can now filter by multiple plans or select specific components from different plans. Want to focus in on just a few components across all active plans? You can do that. Prefer to drill into one specific plan and its related components? That’s also just a couple of clicks away.

Once you apply those filters, they’ll stick with you—even as you move from Deals to Approvals or other related pages.

The "View As" feature has also been enhanced. If you're on the Earnings page and want to see the experience from a specific team member's perspective, you can now switch to that user and retain your view and filters. This continuity extends to the Attainment page as well. For example, if you apply filters to look at last month's performance, then switch to a specific member in “View As,” and finally move to the Attainment page, all your selected filters and context will stay in place.

Overall, this updated filtering experience is designed to help you move through your data more efficiently without needing to reapply filters every time you change pages. It’s a more seamless, transparent way to get exactly the view you need.

If you have questions about how to best use filters in your workflow, our support team is always happy to help.
