In QuotaPath, users often want to export the Deal and Earnings records for themselves or their teams, to audit deals or earnings outside of QuotaPath or for record keeping purposes or sharing.
Admin Export options
There are two places in the QuotaPath app that you can export Deal and earnings records if you are an Admin.
Deals page - set your filters and use the Export to CSV option in the dropdown next to the green +Add Deal button on the right. Use this option if you are looking to export deals by individual or for certain plans or components.
Earnings page for Team Earnings - if you are an Admin that has set up teams on the Teams page, you will have a Team tab on your earnings page where you can export deals and earnings by team and date range. Use the drop-down next to the green +Add Deal button to export your filtered set of deals and earnings to CSV. This option will only be useful if you are looking to specifically export deals by team, as there are no owner, plan or component filters.
