How to edit a plan assignee's effective dates in QuotaPath for members who have changed plans or left the company

In order to update a Plan assignee's details in QuotaPath, first navigate to the Plans dashboard by clicking 'Plans' on the left-hand navigation bar. Click the Plan name in order to expand the plan details. Click the 'Assignees' tab under the Plan name. Use the search bar to find the assignee and click the three-dot menu to the right of the assignee's name. Select 'Edit member plan details' and then click 'Continue & edit' in the pop-up modal. From there, use the date selectors to set the new start and end dates and then click 'Save'.

A Plan assignee's effective dates should be updated if they are being assigned to a new Plan or if they have left the company. The plan effective dates will also automatically filter any deals being synced to a CRM. It is not recommended to un-assign a member from a Plan if they have left the company so that historical data is maintained.
