How to view the Attainment dashboard in QuotaPath

In this article, we'll go over the ins and outs of the 'Attainment' dashboard in QuotaPath.

Here is where Admins can view attainment for each member in your Workspace. We don't show any data on earnings, only attainment on Closed/Won amounts.

In the 'Individual' tab, select 'View as' and choose the member whose data you'd like to view.

You can use the 'Timeframe' filter to filter by deal date.

The cards are showing Closed/Won amount by Path.

In the main graph, you can choose what you'd like to view under 'Value' by 'Path' or by 'Shared Quotas.'

'Shared Quotas' are a combination of those components. This is useful if you have two different types of deals contributing to a quota. For example, a Net Retention quota that pulls in renewals, churns, and upsells. Those would be set up as their own unique Paths, but they are part of a shared quota, so you can view the aggregate of that data.

Back to the main graph. This graph shows attainment over time.

1. The blue line indicates what you need to be closing to be on pace to hit your quota. If you hover over the dots on the line graph, it will show you where your attainment is at relative to that point in time. Each Path is color coded to make it easier to view.

This graph gives reps a great way to visualize how they are performing relative to their quota or goal.

2. The 'Total Closed/Won Deals' graph shows you the total number of Closed/Won deals for the timeframe you have selected in the filter.

3. The 'Attainment Overview' graph shows you quota attainment percentage, broken out by Paths.

The Deals section will show you a summary of all of your deals and the attainment value.
