If you need to edit a team, including editing the team name, color, members, managers or team assignment dates, follow the below steps.
How to edit Team Name or Color
If you're on the Teams page in the admins tab, you'll see that each team card has a kebob menu in the top right hand corner of the card. Click and choose 'Edit Team.' Only Admins are able to edit Official Teams.
Another way to edit a team is if you've already clicked into a specific team. In the top right hand corner, you'll see a 'Edit Team' button. From there you can edit the team name, team color, and add or remove team members:
Here is where you can edit the team name or team color, or click 'Edit members' to edit the team members:
How to edit Team Members & Dates
In order to edit the team members, you can do so from the above modal, or you can choose to individually add or remove a team member. Please visit this article to learn how to add team members. In order to remove a team member, simply click the kebob menu to the right of the team member name and select 'Remove member':
In order to edit a team member's assignment dates, click the same kebob menu and select 'Edit team assignment dates'. In the pop-up modal, enter in the new dates and click 'Save':
How to edit Team Managers & Dates
In order to edit the team managers, click the managers tab at the top of the team view. From there, please visit this article to learn how to add team members. In order to remove a team manager, simply click the kebob menu to the right of the team member name and select 'Remove manager':
In order to edit a team manager's assignment dates, click the same kebob menu and select 'Edit team assignment dates'. In the pop-up modal, enter in the new dates and click 'Save':
