How to populate where you want to source data from for Attainment Leaderboards in QuotaPath

Once you've created the Attainment Leaderboard(s), it's time to define the data source in QuotaPath. Defining the data source tells the system where you want to source data from. Members could be assigned to different comp plans, so you want to set where to pull data from to populate the team leaderboards.

On the 'Teams' dashboard, click into a specific team. In the 'Members' tab, you'll see a column on the table with the field name you selected. You'll see that for each member the source is undefined.

Go through the member list one member at a time and define what data should be populated in the leaderboard. Once you've selected which plan you'd like to use to contribute to earnings and attainment, you can pull data from a quota, a specific field, or a specific Path.

If you've created multiple leaderboards, you will need to define a source for each Attainment field name.

Admins are able to view and manage all teams. Managers and Members will only see the teams they are apart of.

Remember:

  • Data source must be set for each Member, for each Leaderboard and can be set by Admins.

  • Data sources must be set before any data populates in the Earnings and Attainment Leaderboards.

  • Official Team earnings will be pulled in once you specify which plan contributes towards an Attainment Leaderboard. Team Managers will only be able to see earnings for that plan.
