Learn how to view a deal & how Admins can manage the deal

In QuotaPath, you can easily view all the information associated with a single deal through the deal details. The deal details will show you the deal values, earnings, and payouts. In addition, Admins can view Ledger, and manage the deal including editing, approving, overriding, scheduling payouts and recognizing expenses.

To view the deal details, simply click the deal name anywhere in the app where you see it hyperlinked:

From there, you'll be redirected to the deal details where you can see all information associated with this deal.

Here's an overview of what information you'll see above the fold:

  1. Deal Values: List of deal values associated with this deal

  2. Earnings Breakdown: List of paths deal is associated to, earnings rate by path, earnings by path, attainment tier by path

  3. Edit Deal: Click to edit the deal, view this article for more information

  4. Earnings: Sum of deal earnings and effective rate

  5. Earnings Menu: Click the kebob menu to approve or override the earnings. You can also approve the earnings by clicking 'Approve'

  6. Deal Data: List of deal data including deal owner, data, stage, source, record ID & last edited date

  7. Deal Menu: Click the kebob menu to edit the deal or flag the deal. For QuotaPath-sourced deals, you can also move to pipeline or closed/won, or delete

  8. Deal History: Click 'View more' in the Deal History section to view a summary of deal changes and actions

Upon clicking the (5) Earnings Menu, you'll see the below options to approve or override the earnings:

Upon clicking the (7) Deal Menu, you'll see the below options to edit, flag or change the deal state:

Here's an overview of what information you'll see below the fold:

  1. Payouts: Reps and Team Managers can view the payout status of the deal and Admins can schedule payouts

  2. Ledger: Admins only can view this section and recognize commission expenses for this deal
