How to whitelist QuotaPath domain and IP address to avoid QuotaPath emails in your Spam folder.

Updated over a year ago

There are a few steps you can take to ensure the QuotaPath customer emails do not end up in your Spam folder. These customer emails include your period summaries, monthly newsletter, feature releases, and quarterly feature round ups.

  1. Add the from address to your address book

These emails will all come from welcome@quotapath.com, adding this to your address book will make it a trusted address.

  2. Request your IT/Email team add the email domain to your allowlist

Add @quotapath.com to your company's email allowlist

  3. Request that your IT/Email team add the QuotaPath IP sending addresses to your allowlist:

  4. Move emails found in Spam to your Inbox
