Learn how Admins can manage their integration mappings

Updated over 6 months ago

From the Mappings page, Admins can view and manage all their integration mappings. In addition, you can perform bulk actions like adding or editing fields, stage conditions, and filters to multiple mappings at once.

The Mappings page is not available for customers using our Salesforce, HubSpot or Close 1.0 integrations. For more information on the difference between 1.0 and 2.0 integrations and to learn how to upgrade, please visit this article.

Mappings Overview

To go to the Mappings page, click Settings in the left hand navigation, and then Mappings. The Mappings page will list all integration mappings currently used in your workspace plans. Use the search bar to quickly find a mapping, or use the filters on the right hand side:

Click the kebob menu to the right of the mapping name in order to view the mapping or delete a mapping:

Edit Mappings

If you hover over the value in the usage column, you can see which paths are using the mapping. If you click the plan name, it will take you directly to the plan details page so you can edit this mapping:

Upon editing the mapping, if it is being used in more than 1 path, you'll be prompted to choose whether you would like to edit the mapping for all paths, or create a new mapping upon editing:

Find & Replace

Find & Replace functionally allows you to find mappings with commonalities and make bulk edits to fields, stages, or filters across different mappings used on different paths.

For example, if you're currently using "Amount" as a field in mappings but need to change it to a different field titled "ARR," you can easily find where "Amount" is used and quickly replace it with "ARR."

To do this, select the integration source and object and then search for mappings containing a particular Field (ex. ARR = Amount), Stage (ex. Closed Won = Closed Won), or Filter (ex. Deal owner = [emails]):

The modal will display a list of mappings matching your search criteria. Select the mapping(s) you'd like to update. Replace the Field, Stage, or Filter with your new desired mapping condition (ex. ARR = Amount Adjusted) or (ex. Deal owner = [emails] + [new email]).

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions allow you to delete mappings or add Additional Fields, Stages, or Filters to multiple mappings at once. By selecting more than one mapping of the same integration source in the table, you will see the bulk actions available at the top of the table:

For example, if you've created a new additional field that needs to be applied to several mappings, you can easily do that by selecting those mappings and adding the new additional field.

Click on '+Add Additional Field', '+ Add Stage Condition', or '+Add Filter' to update the selected mappings. In the example below, a new filter for 'Opportunity Type' is being added to all 3 mappings:
