QuotaPath's integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales allows you to easily import data from your CRM to use in QuotaPath to calculate commissions or inform payouts eligibility. In this article, we'll cover the requirements to set up this integration and provide step-by-step instructions.
Integration Requirements
Before connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to your QuotaPath workspace, you'll need to obtain the below information.
Microsoft Organization ID: The organization ID can be found at the front of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account URL before 'crm.dynamics.com'
Object Types: The API names of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales objects you want to sync. Setting this speeds up the connection setup process by limiting the number of schemas that need to be retrieved from Microsoft.
Start Date: UTC date and time in the format 2021-01-25. Any data before this date will not be replicated.
Once you have the above information, you're ready to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to your QuotaPath workspace!
