QuotaPath's integration with Sage Intacct allows you to easily import data from your Sage Intacct account to use in QuotaPath to calculate commissions or inform payouts eligibility. In this article, we'll cover the requirements to set up this integration and provide step-by-step instructions.
Integration Requirements
Before connecting Sage Intacct to your QuotaPath workspace, you'll need to obtain the below information. In addition, you'll need to add the QuotaPath Sender ID to your Sage Intacct Web Services authorizations list.
Company ID
Web Services User ID
Web Services Password
Once these steps are complete and you have this information, you can complete the setup in QuotaPath. Continue reading below for detailed instructions on how to obtain the above information in Sage Intacct.

Supported Objects
QuotaPath supports the ability to import the following objects from Sage Intacct:
Accounts Receivable → Invoices
Company → Employees
General Ledger → Accounts
Purchasing → Contacts
Contracts and Revenue Management → Contracts
Setup Guide
Find your Sage Intacct Company ID
The Company ID can be found under Company → Setup → Company:
Create a Web Services User
Navigate to Company → Admin → Web Services Users
Begin adding a new Web Services User by selecting the "Add" button in the top right of the screen:
Populate the User Information form with the below details
User ID
You will need the Web Services User ID later when connecting QuotaPath.
Email address
Use the email address of the person managing the integration. You will need to access the email address in a later step.
User type
Select 'Business'
Admin privileges
Select 'Full'
Finish adding the Web Services User by clicking "Save" in the top right of the screen (NOTE: A warning may appear saying there will be a charge for creating the User. This warning does not apply to this user and can be ignored.)
The password for this user profile will be emailed to you - you will need this password later when connecting to QuotaPath.
Assign Permissions to the Web Services User
Navigate to Company → Admin → Roles
Select the Edit button next to the Web Services User created in step #2 above
Begin adding a new Role by clicking the "Add" button in the top right of the screen
Populate a name and description for the Role and click "Save" in the top right of the screen. After saving, the Roles Subscriptions page will appear, as shown below
Click into each applicable Application by selecting the "Permissions" text. For each Application assign the required Permissions as demonstrated below. The Web Services User should have permissions for every application that will be used in QuotaPath to either calculate commissions or inform payouts eligibility. Each Sage Intacct application will appear in QuotaPath as an object.
Once all Permissions have been set, click "Save" in the top right of the modal
Navigate to Company → Admin → Web Services Users
Click "Edit" next to the Web Services User created in step #2 above
Under the "Roles information" tab, add the created Role to the Web Services User
Subscribe to Web Services
Within Sage Intacct, go to Company → Admin → Subscriptions.
Scroll down until you see Web Services and click to Subscribe if it isn’t already selected. (NOTE: You will see a warning about additional charges, this can be ignored.)
Go to Company → Setup → Company and click the Security tab. Click "Edit", then scroll down to the Web Services Authorizations and click the "Add" button.
Add an entry with:
Sender ID: QuotaPathMPP
Description: Sender ID for the QuotaPath integration
Once you've completed the above steps, you're ready to connect Sage Intacct to your QuotaPath workspace!
How to connect Sage Intacct
To connect Sage Intacct to your QuotaPath workspace, click Settings in the main app navigation, and then Integrations. Find the Sage Intacct integration card and click ‘Connect’.
Integration Source Form
Enter the above information into the integration source form shown below and click 'Submit' when complete.
After receiving the confirmation that the integration has been successfully connected, click 'Next' to proceed.
Sync Schedule
At the top of the following screen, use the dropdown selector to set the sync frequency. In addition to these scheduled syncs, you'll always have the option to click 'Sync Now' on the Sage Intacct integration card on the 'Integrations' page to trigger a manual sync.
Objects
Next, select the objects that you'd like to import into your QuotaPath workspace. If you are not seeing a Sage Intacct application, you'll need to ensure your Web Services User has been granted the appropriate permissions.
When complete, click ‘Sync now’ to begin importing data into your QuotaPath workspace. This could take a few minutes so feel free to close the modal and navigate back to Home to complete any outstanding onboarding tasks. We will send you an email once your integration is ready to use.
