The QuoteIQ Affiliate Program rewards you for referring new users to our platform. Once someone signs up and becomes a paying subscriber through your affiliate link, you’ll earn a commission. PartnerStack handles all commission tracking and payouts, ensuring full transparency and accuracy. Here’s exactly how the process works from sign-up to payout.

Step 1: Share Your Unique Affiliate Link
After being accepted into the program, your personal referral link will be available inside your PartnerStack dashboard. Share this link anywhere—YouTube, email, your website, etc.
Step 2: Someone Signs Up Through Your Link
When someone clicks your link and starts a QuoteIQ trial, PartnerStack automatically attributes that signup to you.
Step 3: They Become a Paid User
You’ll only earn a commission once the user upgrades from a free trial to a paid QuoteIQ subscription. This includes any tier: $29/mo, $79/mo, or $149/mo.
Step 4: Commission is Logged as “Pending”
After the customer completes payment, your commission is recorded in your PartnerStack account as “Pending” while QuoteIQ confirms the purchase and account validity. This pending phase typically lasts 30–45 days.
Step 5: Commission Becomes “Approved”
Once validated, your pending commission converts to “Approved”, and is now queued for payout.
Step 6: View and Manage Your Commissions
To track your affiliate earnings in real-time and manage your payout setup:
1. Click the “Commissions” tab in your PartnerStack dashboard.
This section shows all earnings tied to your referrals, including status (Pending, Approved, Paid), amount, date, and customer details.
2. Filter or sort your commission history to review specific months or statuses.
3. To set up your payout method, click Setup Withdraw Funds
Here, you can choose to receive funds via PayPal or direct deposit through PartnerStack’s Stripe integration.
Note: Make sure your payout settings are completed to avoid any delays in receiving funds.
Understanding Commission Statuses
Scheduled – The commission is being released over time on a set schedule. No exact payout date will be shown.
Pending Approval – The customer signed up, but the commission hasn’t been approved yet. This typically takes up to 30 days depending on the QuoteIQ billing cycle.
On Hold – The commission is under review for further validation. Contact QuoteIQ’s affiliate support via PartnerStack if you need clarification.
Declined – The commission was denied. This may happen if the referral was refunded, fraudulent, or didn’t meet program terms.
Approved & Pending Payment – The commission is approved and waiting to be paid on the next payout cycle (usually the 13th of each month).
Available to Withdraw – The commission has cleared and can now be withdrawn through your selected payout method.
Withdrawn – You’ve successfully received the payout via PayPal or direct deposit. You’re all set.
Paid Externally – The program issued payment outside of PartnerStack (not used in QuoteIQ’s program, but included for clarity).
Expired – The commission wasn’t withdrawn within the platform’s window and has expired. This is extremely rare—always keep your payout settings up to date.
