The QuoteIQ Affiliate Program rewards you for referring new users to our platform. Once someone signs up and becomes a paying subscriber through your affiliate link, you’ll earn a commission. Rewardful handles all commission tracking and payouts, ensuring full transparency and accuracy. Here’s exactly how the process works from sign-up to payout.
Step 1: Share Your Unique Affiliate Link
After being accepted into the program, your personal referral link will be available inside your Rewardful dashboard. Share this link anywhere—YouTube, email, your website, etc.
Step 2: Someone Signs Up Through Your Link
When someone clicks your link and starts a QuoteIQ trial, Rewardful automatically attributes that signup to you. You will receive an email notification for every affiliate signup with the referral's name and your payout commission.
Step 3: They Become a Paid User
You’ll only earn a commission once the user upgrades from a free trial to a paid QuoteIQ subscription.
Step 4: Commission is Logged as “Pending”
After the customer completes payment, your commission is recorded in your Rewardful account as “Pending” while QuoteIQ confirms the purchase and account validity. This pending phase typically lasts 30–45 days.
Step 5: Commission Becomes “Approved”
Once validated, your pending commission converts to “Approved”, and is now queued for payout.
Step 6: View and Manage Your Commissions
To track your affiliate earnings in real-time and manage your payout setup:
Click the “Commissions” tab in your Rewardful dashboard.
This section shows all earnings tied to your referrals, including status (Pending, Approved, Paid), amount, date, and customer details.

All commission statuses are shown in the Commissions tab of your Rewardful dashboard. Each entry will show if it’s pending, approved, available to withdraw, or already paid out.
What does “On Hold” or “Pending Approval” mean for my commission?

“Pending Approval” means your referral was successful but is still within the validation window. “On Hold” means the transaction is under review by the QuoteIQ team. This doesn’t necessarily mean it’s declined—just delayed for extra verification.

Your approved commissions will remain in your account, but they won’t be paid out until your payout method is active and properly linked. No commissions will be lost as long as you complete your payout setup.

This is rare, but it means the funds weren’t withdrawn within Rewardful’s allowed window. To avoid this, make sure you complete your payout setup and regularly log in to claim available commissions.
