To get started, go to Admin > Connect Integration...

...and Click on the HubSpot Connect button.

You may need to sign into your HubSpot account if you haven't already done so:

Select your HubSpot account and complete the connection

Allow permissions for DocFlite to access your HubSpot datas including:

Go to HubSpot Settings, and for each of your custom document types, choose the HubSpot Pipeline you would like your Documents to be added to.

You then can choose which deal stages you want to match to each of the pipeline stages for your Document.

Save your settings when you're done and you're all set!

You can now search for a HubSpot contact when creating a new Document by clicking on the Import Contact tab...

When your document is created or its status changes, a Deal will be created in the appropriate pipeline and deal stage in HubSpot.

If a deal already exists and has not been linked to a document in DocFlite, it'll be shown on screen.

Click Link to Deal to connect your docmuent to the existing deal.

In HubSpot you can see related document information in the Company, Contact or Deal Detail page.

Disconnecting your HubSpot Integration in DocFlite

To disconnect HubSpot from DocFlite, go to Admin > Connect Integration.

Click the disconnect button to stop sharing data between DocFlite and HubSpot.

What happens when you disconnect?

When you disconnect HubSpot and DocFlite

Your data is not lost: Contacts retrieve from HubSpot are not deleted from DocFlite. You can still create and send documents.
HubSpot deals are no longer updated: When a document status changes in DocFlite, the deal stage in HubSpot will not be updated (even if it's been mapped)
You can no longer import contacts from HubSpot: When creating new documents after disconnection, you'll no longer be able to search for HubSpot contacts in the [Import Contact] tab.
New contacts in DocFlite will not be created in HubSpot.

Effectively, DocFlite stops pushing data into or pulling data from HubSpot until reconnected.

You can also uninstall DocFlite from within the HubSpot environment.
