DocFlite allows you automate different document process tasks.
As well as the obvious processes like quoting and invoicing you can also automate processes like client onboarding, supplier onboarding and contract management.
These processes can be setup in the Document Management screen.
Follow these simple steps to automate a document process.
Create a new Document Type
Every process is built around a specific document type.
You can start from scratch and build each step of your new process but let's begin by selecting a predefined process from the process flow list.
Click the [Import Process] button...
Select "Document Process" from the process flow list
and Import...
This will create:
a new Document Type (which you can rename to match your requirement),
3 new document statuses (Draft, Sent, Responded)
2 new workflows (Send and Respond)
