Heatmaps are a great insight into how your customers are interacting with your documents.
To view your Heatmaps, open any document that has been sent, and go to the bottom tool bar. You can also view and edit many other parts of your document;
You will then be taken to the Heatmap List screen where you can see all your Heatmaps for that document;
Select a recording to view how your customers have spent time on your document.
