DocFlite allows you to pre-set text, images, pages and other types of re-usable content.

Create a Content Library Template

  1. Go to Templates

  2. Create a new Template and Set the Document Type to Content Library.

Configure Your Content Library

To start configuring your content library, create the sections you want to re-use.

For example, to add a new text section:

  1. Hover over the page and select the Text option

  2. Populate your text box by Editing and typing into it (or using the speech to text function).

  3. When you're done, name your text section.
Do This by clicking Edit and populating the Section Name field.
This makes it much easier to Identify the content in the library.

  4. To save this named section to the Content library, click on the Save Icon by the Edit button.

You can also save a page to the Content Library.

To do this:

  1. Hover Over the page

  2. Click on the Save Icon at the top right of the page

  3. When save, you can name your page for easy access from the Content Library

The Content Library

Items can be organised in your content library. You can search for specific items and select multiple items for insert.

Using Your Content Library

When you have saved your content, you can access the content library in one of 3 ways:

  1. From the Documents View > Content Library menu. Adding content this way will add the section to the end of your document.

2. From the page Import Menu. Adding content this way will insert content at the end of the page.

3. From the Section Import Menu. Adding content this way will insert it underneath the section.
