My suggestions aren't posting to my social media profiles/scheduler

Having connection problems? Here's how to re-synchronise your accounts.

Sometimes things can go wrong when sending content to your social profiles/scheduler. It's why Quuu has a feature we call re-synchronise.

This feature lets you tell Quuu about new profiles you may have added to your scheduler. It also changes the connection details we use to talk to your scheduler/social profiles. By re-synchronising, the information is updated without us needing to bother you.

Re-synchronising your scheduler with Quuu

If you use a third-party scheduler, for example, Buffer, SocialBee, HubSpot or Hootsuite, you will need to re-synchronise your scheduler in Quuu. Simply follow the instructions below.

  1. From the top menu bar in Quuu, click Settings.

  2. You should see your scheduler list under Your scheduler. Click the Buffer/SocialBee/HubSpot/Hootsuite logo under Provider. If you have multiple schedulers, click the one you are having trouble with.

  3. Scroll down until you see the button to re-synchronize.

Please ensure you are logged into the right account before re-synchronising. If you are not, this may overwrite some of your profile information.

When you are done, you will be offered the ability to re-schedule any recently failed posts so you can get up and going again!
