#CONTACT_NAME#	The full name in Forename<space>Surname format of the primary contact on the Relationship (if any)
#CONTACT_FORENAME#	The forename of the primary contact on the Relationship (if any)
#CONTACT_SURNAME#	The surname of the primary contact on the Relationship (if any)
#CONTACT_TITLE#	The title of the primary contact on the Relationship (if any)
#CONTACT_EMAIL#	The email address of the primary contact on the Relationship (if any)
#RELATIONSHIP_NAME#	The display name of the Relationship
#RELATIONSHIP_ID#	The unique relationship ID
#RELATIONSHIP_ID_HASH#	A hash of the unique relationship ID, for e.g. using as a token in a URL
#RELATIONSHIP_REFERENCE#	The unique reference number of the relationship
