We’re rolling out new press release upgrade options on Qwoted! Now, you can publish press releases directly to our community and distribute them to major media networks like GoMedia, Benzinga, AP, Yahoo! Finance, and more.
How Does it Work?
1) Create Your Press Release: Navigate to the Users dropdown and select New Press Release. You can also do this directly from your dashboard, right under the add a source button.
2) Choose Your Distribution Tier:
Free - Shared internally to Qwoted’s community.
Silver ($150) - Shared on Qwoted and distributed through Street Insider and GoMedia.
Gold ($300) - Includes Silver distribution plus Benzinga, Digital Journal, The Street, and Go Invest Network.
Platinum ($500) - Includes Gold distribution plus AP, Yahoo! Finance, and AFP.
3) Edit the Form: Add your press release to the press release form.
4) Review and Submit: Review your press release and click submit. Most press releases go live within 2 business days unless a future date is scheduled.
5) Payment and Confirmation: Pay via Stripe and watch for your confirmation email.
6) Qwoted Concierge Review: We’ll review your press release and coordinate any changes needed to meet individual platform requirements. Our Qwoted Concierge team will reach out via email within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to finalize details. After 72 hours, you’ll receive an update with distribution details.
Best Practices for Writing a Press Release

Title Length: Keep it between 60-80 characters.
Summary: Write a brief, compelling summary that will catch people’s attention.
Keyword & Tags: Use relevant keywords and hashtags to improve search visibility.
Cover Image: Upload a photo with a 16:9 ratio.
Body Text: Limit yourself to four links maximum, spell out all abbreviations and acronyms, and use quotation marks for direct quotes with the speaker’s full name, title, and organization.
Boilerplate: Add a short company description.
Media Contact: Include the best contact for press inquiries.
Company Social Links: Share all relevant social media profiles.
Stock Ticker: Add your ticker symbol if you’re a publicly traded company.
