If you’re not seeing Qwoted emails, you might be missing important updates such as new relevant opportunities, press release approvals, or messages from the media.

Email filters can sometimes push these notifications straight to your spam, junk, or promotions tab without you realizing it. Here’s how to make sure Qwoted always lands in your inbox, no matter which email provider you use.

Fixing Notifications on Gmail:

  1. Check Spam or Promotions Tabs:

    • Open Gmail and search for “Qwoted.”

    • If you see any emails in the Spam or Promotions folder, move them to your Primary inbox.

  2. Mark as “Not Spam”:

    • Open the Qwoted email.

    • At the top of the message, click “Report not spam.” This helps Gmail prioritize these messages and sends them to the right inbox.

  3. Drag to Primary Tab:

    • Drag the Qwoted email from Promotions into the Primary tab.

    • Gmail will ask if you want always to send messages from this address to Primary. Click Yes.

  4. Add to Contacts:

    • Hover over the Qwoted sender name and click “Add to Contacts.” This lets Gmail know that we are a safe sender.

Fixing Notifications on Outlook:

  1. Check Junk Folder:

    • Go to your Junk Email folder and look for any emails from @qwoted.com.

    • Right-click the email and select “Mark as not junk.”

  2. Add to Safe Senders List:

    • Click the gear icon ⚙ and choose “View all Outlook settings.”

    • Go to Mail > Junk email.

    • Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add, then type @qwoted.com and save.

  3. Create a Rule (Optional Advanced Setting):

    • Under Rules, create one that moves emails from @qwoted.com directly into your inbox or a folder you check regularly.

Quick Fixes If You’re Still Missing Emails

  • Double-check that your inbox isn’t full or bouncing messages.

  • If you use an agency or shared email inbox, ask your admin to whitelist @qwoted.com.

  • Search your inbox for “Qwoted” using the search bar to catch hidden messages.

  • Reach out to your email provider’s help center to ensure nothing is blocked on the server side.
