How Many Pitches Do I Have Left?

Where to find how many pitch credits you have remaining and when do they reset?

Want to check how many pitches you have remaining this month? Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Opportunities page.

  2. Click into any opportunity.

  3. Scroll down to the “Pitch the Opportunity” section.

  4. On the right-hand side, you’ll see a fraction (for example, 34/35).

That fraction shows how many pitches you have remaining for the month. Don't worry, you don't need to unlock the opportunity in order to see this number!

In the screenshot above, this user has 34 pitch credits available of their allotted 35.

When Do My Pitches Reset?

Individuals

If you are an individual user (PR or Self-Representing), your pitch credits reset once per month on the same date and time you created your Qwoted account. If you upgraded to the PRO plan, this reset date will be the day/time you upgraded to PRO.

How It Works

  • Your pitches reset on the same calendar date each month

  • The reset happens at the exact same hour and minute as your original signup or upgrade

  • The time automatically adjusts to your local time zone

  • Example: If you signed up on April 19 at 4:02 PM EST, your pitches will reset on the 19th of every month at 4:02PM EST (or the equivalent time in your local time zone)

Not Sure of Your Reset Date?

If you’re unsure when your pitches reset, just pop into live chat and our support team will gladly confirm your exact reset date for you.

Teams

Your pitches will reset at midnight on the 1st of every month.

Please note that teams on the free plan have 5 free pitch credits per month that are shared amongst the team members.

Do My Pitches Roll Over?

No, pitches do not roll over. Any that you do not use by the end of your cycle will expire. You will reset to your allotted amount on your renewal date:

  • Free plan | Individuals | 2 pitches/month

  • Free plan | Teams | 5 pitches/month

  • PRO plan | 35 pitches/month
