You must currently be a representative in order to access this permission. If you do not have representation but someone on your team does, they must follow these steps. Or feel free to reach out on the live chat or to support@qwoted.com and our team can help get you sorted.
You can check who is representing a client via the "represented by" section under their profile picture on the source profile.
Before you delete: Before removing a profile, make sure there are no open or pending opportunities attached to it. Once deleted, the source will be removed from any previous pitches, so it's worth doing a quick check first.
Not sure if deletion is the right move? If you no longer want to receive emails for a client but might come back to them later, consider removing yourself as a representative instead. The profile will stay in the database but won't be attached to anyone. This is the closest thing we have to an archive right now, and we're actively working on building that feature in. Once you're ready to jump back in, reach out to support and we'll get you attached to the source profile again.
Please note; this action is profile deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps:
Start off by going to the Source's Profile (not your own)
This can be for both an expert or a product's profile
Locate the black box or dashboard to the left and under the profile picture
Click the "+" next to Advanced and you'll notice 2 extra buttons populate.
Select "Remove this Source from Qwoted"
