In June 2026, we gave the Qwoted inbox a major upgrade. It now works more like the inboxes you're already used to, so getting up to speed should feel pretty intuitive.
Your Conversations at a Glance
All of your conversations live in the left sidebar. Unread messages are marked with a blue dot so nothing slips through the cracks.
Trash
Conversations you move to trash will stay there for 30 days, then be permanently deleted from your inbox.
Adding Others to the Conversation
If you have colleagues or clients on the platform, you are able to add them to the conversation.
Depending on how your account is set up, you may be able to bring other people into a conversation.
Represented experts: If you're an expert with a PR representative on Qwoted, the system will automatically include both of you in the conversation. No action needed.
Self-representing experts: Adding other participants isn't available for solo expert accounts.
PR professionals: If your colleagues are on Qwoted under the same team or domain, you can add them to any conversation. You can also add any expert you represent.
Note: the name of the expert originally proposed will be added to the top of the conversation automatically. If the expert has a Qwoted account, they'll be added to the conversation directly. If they don't, only their name will appear at the top, so the journalist always has clear context on who's being pitched.
Solo PR Representative - If you work on your own and none of your clients have a Qwoted account, the option to add someone to a conversation won't be available to you.
Profile Sidebar
Want to know more about who you're talking to? Select the square icon in the top right corner of the inbox to open the user info sidebar, where you can quickly pull up details about the people you're messaging.
Rich Formatting
You can now add bolding, italics, bullet points, number list and hyperlinks to your messages. You can also easily add an attachment, photo or emojis.
