You can see all your conversations in the left side menu.
Your pitch responses will appear in your inbox and at the bottom of the relevant source request. Any conversation tied to a source request will show a blue megaphone icon alongside the request title.
Unread messages are marked with a blue dot.
Sections
Your inbox is divided into three categories to help you stay organized:
Focused - Conversations that are most relevant to you right now
Everything - All your conversations in one place
Trash - Conversations here will be permanently deleted after 30 days
To move a conversation between categories, click the three dots next to it. You can also click the three dots at the top of your inbox and select "Manage Conversations."
Filtering Messages
You can filter your inbox by:
Role - Whether you're talking with an expert or a PR professional
Status - Read or unread responses
Posts - Which of your source requests the response is tied to
Profile Sidebar
Want to know more about who you're talking to without leaving the conversation? Click the square icon in the top right corner of your inbox to open the user info sidebar.
Blocking, Muting, Reporting Users
You can do all three from the inbox. Select the 3 dots next to the conversation to start:
Muting a user turns off email notifications for their messages. Their messages will still appear in your inbox, you just won't be alerted.
Blocking a user will prevent their message from ever reaching you. They won't be notified that you've blocked them. They won't be able to see your profile or future source requests.
You can unblock a user at any time by going back into the conversation and selecting "unblock" in the top right corner.
Reporting a user is used for when a source pitched an irrelevant, AI produced, or off topic pitch. You will be taken to a separate form and our team will investigate and take appropriate action. Learn more about that here.
