Adding Representatives to a Source Profile

Learn how to add additional representatives to your existing source profiles.

  1. Navigate to the source profile that you want to add an additional representative to.

  2. On the left hand side of the screen, you will select the “Manage Representatives”

Note: Not seeing the "Manage Representatives" button? Scroll down to the bottom of this article for more options.

3. You can search through colleague profiles, or search on the left-hand side of the screen.

4. Then simply just select “Add” on the colleague profile that you would like to add.

5. On the left-hand side of the screen you can remove any current representative of the source.

6. If you do not see the colleague that you are looking for, you can also invite them to Represent the profile by sharing the link at the bottom of the page.


Not seeing the "Manage Representatives" button?

On the lower left side of the Source profile, you'll see a dark grey box titled Source Profile Dashboard.

Click the Advanced + button to open the Representatives list. Then click the "Edit Representatives" button listed at the bottom of the Dashboard box.

Search for the colleague you are looking to add to the profile, by name or email address.
