Navigate to your profile by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of your Qwoted screen, and select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu.

Your avatar circle towards the left of your profile page will display your initials when no photo is added. Hover over the initials within the avatar circle and click the "Change" button to upload a photo from your device:

To add a professional headshot for media to use and download easily, scroll down on the profile page to the Headshot section, and select "Upload". For faster uploading, ensure the photo file has a short name, preferably one number or letter.

The image will populate immediately.
