The auto follow-up feature is a way for Qwoted to send check-in messages to reporters automatically. These messages will send when it has been more than one month since you last communicated.

How to turn on the auto follow-up feature:

When a reporter responds to you in Qwoted, they will become a part of your available reporter outreach options. When you select the logo in the top left corner of your account, you will navigate to your main dashboard. On the dashboard you will see your "My Reporters" section, and the list of available reporters that you have interacted with.

You can select the Auto follow-up toggle to automatically send messages to the reporter list on your behalf.

Messages that are sent:

Qwoted will alternate the message that it sends to the reporter based on your previous correspondence. Here are the templates and wording that are used:

Message 1:

"Hello REPORTER NAME,

I wanted to check-in to see if I can help with anything you might be working on at the moment. I enjoyed connecting with you previously and would be happy to work with you again on future pieces.

Let me know if you have any questions or need anything"

Message 2:

"Hello REPORTER NAME,

It has been a while since we last spoke, so I wanted to check in quickly to see if I could be a resource for anything you might be working on right now."

If you have any questions about this feature or need any additional details please do not hesitate to reach out to support@qwoted.com
