No. While we have a metrics dashboard for PR professionals that shows data for the Qwoted 100 rubric, we do not score reporters. Before November 2023, one of our email templates—used to notify reporters about unread pitches in their inbox—referenced that reporters who read and respond to pitches have a stronger score. The intention was to encourage reporters to read and respond to pitches so that experts and their PR representatives would be more likely to pitch the reporter in the future, improving the reporter’s future experience in the network. However, because of the connotation of data tracking, we have updated that language to “Just a friendly reminder, engaging with PR and expert users can boost the overall performance of your requests across our network. Responding to users occasionally will help improve your profile's visibility and help us drive more eyeballs and engagement to your future requests and Qwoted profile.”
