Our newly released Mute User feature allows Media users to opt out of receiving new pitches from certain PR or Source users in Qwoted. This is in an effort to ensure our Media users’ experience in Qwoted is as positive and helpful as possible.
You’ll now be able to Mute users in two different ways:
From your Pitch Conversations inbox, the Mute User button will appear next to each PR and Source conversation.
From your Pitch Inbox, the Mute User button will appear under the Source/PR profile name.
When choosing to Mute a user, you’ll have the option to mute pitches and messages from that user either permanently or for the next 30 days. Muted pitches will not be delivered to your inbox.
