Do I need to contact you to renew?

Will my policy renew if I don't do anything?

You'll get an email about renewal at least 10 days before the end of your policy.

You can easily renew your policy in your RAC Black Box app. We give you our best price first time, so you never have to haggle. We don’t automatically renew your policy, so you do need to renew your policy in the app to stay insured with us.

If you need any changes to your policy before renewing, you can start a chat from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

If you don’t accept your renewal, your policy will end and you won’t be covered. Any optional extras you have, like breakdown or legal cover, will also end at the same time.
