Part of the reason is that RaceReady does not hold your money—the race promoter does. Promoters establish their own policies regarding refunds and credits, but generally, their racing events have limited entry and are therefore non-refundable.
Individual race promoters may have varying policies concerning refunds and/or credits. To obtain further information, please reach out to the race promoter for your specific event.
In cases where individuals dispute a credit card transaction, leading to a chargeback, they may be barred from participating in future events until their account is settled and up to date.
