With RaceReady's drag and drop feature, building a conflict-free race order becomes effortless.

To quickly and easily construct your race order, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Promoter account.

  2. Navigate to the events tab and locate the specific race you wish to manage.

  3. Click on "Manage Race" to access the race management page.

Once you are on the race management page, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Select the "Race Order" tab.

  2. On the left side, you will see the list of classes available.

  3. On the right side, you will find empty race boxes.

Using the drag and drop functionality, you can easily assign classes to the desired race boxes, ensuring a conflict-free race order.

Click and drag classes into any races you wish. Multiple classes can be combined in any single race, but the RaceReady system will alert you of any conflicts as you build.

When a conflict arises, the race will show a conflict symbol. Like shown in race 2 below.

The Race Order page includes a conflict sub-tab, located on the left side of the picture above, where you can view the type of conflicts that may arise.

Our system identifies three types of conflicts:

  1. Bike Conflicts: This occurs when the same bike is registered multiple times for the same race.

  2. Break Conflicts: These conflicts arise when a racer does not have a sufficient break between races.

  3. Class Conflicts: This type of conflict occurs when a racer is registered for more than one class within a race.

To resolve these conflicts and ensure a smooth race order, utilize the drag and drop feature to rearrange the classes and races as needed. Continue adjusting until the race order is conflict-free and suitable for both you and the racers.
