For Events that require AMA memberships, RaceReady is fully integrated with the AMA
When creating your event simply check mark the AMA required box as shown below. this is in the edit event basic tab.
When creating your event, simply checkmark the "AMA required" box as shown below. This option can be found in the "Edit Event Basic" tab.
Once this setting is enabled for your event, riders will be required to provide their AMA membership number or purchase/renew one if necessary. If their AMA membership is inactive, they will be prompted to purchase a new one.
NOTE: If the name on the AMA membership does not match the RaceReady profile name, an error will occur. For example, if your RaceReady profile name is Johnny Smith and your AMA card name is John Smith, there will be a mismatch and an error will be thrown. To resolve this, simply change the RaceReady name to John to match the AMA membership name.
