Create Your RaceReady Promoter Account
Set up Your Stripe Account
Basic RaceReady accounts are free, providing promoters with improved event management and online registration tools right away.
If you're reading this, then you're on the right track. No matter what type of race promotion you're involved in, we believe RaceReady can enhance your experience.
To create a free account, simply visit iraceready.com, locate the login screen, and click "Get Started" to create an account.
1. Create Your RaceReady Promoter Account
If you haven't created a Promoter account yet, go to iraceready.com, and click on "For Promoters" and then on "Get Started Today."
Fill out the initial account creation form, and be sure to select the "Promoter" account type:
2. Set Up Your Stripe Account
For a quick reference, put together the following information:
Business address, name, and tax ID (for individuals it's a social security number; for businesses, it's an EIN, or Employer Identification Number)
Owner's info (or an authorized representative), including name, date of birth, and last four digits of their social security number.
Then go to 1) Settings > 2) Companies & Bank Accounts > 3) Add Company (if you don't already have your company there)
You'll be prompted to fill out more information about yourself and your business. Follow the prompts.
NOTE: YOU MUST SET UP YOUR STRIPE BILLING ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU CAN USE THE RACEREADY PLATFORM.
3. Log in to your RaceReady account
Navigate to app.iraceready.com to log in to your new account, entering the password you created in the beginning. You'll be taken to your promoter dashboard where you can create your custom classes (which you only have to do once), and then you can create an event.
