To prevent your event from being viewable by the public, follow these instructions.
If you have an event that you have previously published and now wish to unpublish it, follow these steps:
Log in to your promoter account.
Navigate to the events tab and locate the specific event you want to un-publish.
Click on the menu button associated with the event, and then select "Edit".
Once in the event edit interface, advance and save each page until you reach the "Review" page.
At the bottom of the "Review" page, select "Unpublish Event":
