If you need to assist a racer in making changes to their race registration, such as modifying the bike/vehicle or the class entries they have signed up for, follow these steps:
Log in to your promoter account and locate the relevant event. Select "Manage Race."
Navigate to the Racers tab and locate the racer in question. Click on their name to access their details.
If the racer needs to change their race, select a different race from the list of races they have signed up for. If they need to switch the bike/vehicle, choose a different option from the registered bikes/vehicles for those races.
Alternatively, if the racer wishes to purchase an additional class entry, use the "Purchase New Items for User" button.
At this stage, you will be granted provisional access to the racer's account. You can build a cart and proceed to checkout as if you were the racer. The only difference is that during checkout, you will have the option to select a "Cash" button if you have received cash payment for the registration, if applicable.
Completing the checkout process will finalize the purchase of any additional items required for the racer.
