To help you get an idea of what's typically included in the Race Information field, or the Confirmation Email field, here are some generic examples.
1. Race Information Field:
Welcome to the 2021 LFPMX Series at Mapleton MX Park.
NOTE: The LFPMX Series will use January 1st as the riders age for the series.
Registration for this event is "ONLINE."
Registration Closes Thursday 12/31at 10:00pm Pacific Time.

Event Admission: $20.00 - ages 6yrs and up.
Open Camping: $30.00 for the event.
Reserved Camping $65.00 for the event.
Racing: $50.00/class - All Classes including Pro/A.
Friday Practice: $30/class.
RaceReady Transponder is required for this event ($10.00) if you have multiple helmets you can purchase multiple transponder stickers. View how to place your helmet transponder HERE.
2. Confirmation Email:
Please read the ENTIRE email, it has important information regarding event info.
You will need to show this confirmation when you arrive .
RIDER CHECK-IN:
When you arrive, ALL riders must check-in at the Race office to confirm your registration and sign the necessary waivers.
TRANSPONDERS:
You will need a RaceReady transponder sticker for this event. ($10.00) it must be a RaceReady transponder and can not be another brand. If you have multiple helmets you can purchase multiple transponders otherwise you must wear the helmet with the transponder to be scored. View how to place your helmet transponder HERE.

3. Maple Mountain MX Park February Open Practice Dates
Welcome! We are open in February on the following dates:
Saturday, February 3, 2024
Saturday, February 10, 2024
Gates open at 7:00 am.
Open practice is $45.00 per rider, live timing will be provided if you purchase a RaceReady transponder tag for $10.00, which is valid for 12 months. If you already have a RaceReady transponder, you don't need to purchase a new one until it expires.
There will be five sessions running in 30-minute intervals as follows:
Big Bike Pro & AM (A/B)
Big Bike Novice Beginner (C/D)

Sessions can change at any time check with our staff for questions. You can purchase a RaceReady tag at the front gate or registration office.
Practice closes at dusk, and watering will occur as needed.
