Permission Levels:

  1. Admin: Has the same permissions as the main account holder. Can create, edit and delete anything that is shared. They have access to all rosters and test periods as well as any shared workout folders and can also manage coach permission settings of any coach linked to the account.

  2. Contributor: Any main account holder/admin can set which rosters this account has access to view/edit/delete which also includes any test periods linked to the rosters. They also have access to any shared workout folders on the account and are able to create their own workouts, roster or test periods.

  3. Read Only: Can only view the rosters and test periods linked to the rosters that are shared with them by the main account holder/admin. They do not have the ability to edit or make any changes to anything on the account other than workouts they create or workouts within shared workout folders. They are able to run reports, view/play leaderboards and utilize the Reports Dashboard.

*Once a coach has been invited their email address is used to create an account and it cannot be used again. If the invited coach does not receive their invite please contact support for further assistance. Removing and reinviting the coach with the same username/email will result in an error.
