How to create a test period
Navigate to the Test Entry page
Click the "+ " button located near the top right of the screen
Enter a name for the test period (example: Spring 2020)
Enter the testing date
Select the roster(s) that will be testing
Select/edit/add any exercises/movements that will be tested
If you do multi-rep maxes instead of 1RMs, click the box to the right of each exercise you wish to do so with
If body weight and height will be included in testing, check the box to the left of the words "Test Body Weight" and "Test Height"
Click Save
