How to add demonstration videos
Navigate to the Exercise page
Click the pencil icon to the right of the exercise you wish to add a video to
Enter the url for the video in the "Video URL" box
If you wish to use an exercise demo video created by you or one of your staff members, uploading it to Google Drive or YouTube is suggested
Click "Save"
*Once the demo video has been added, it may be played on the workout while in play mode, on the app in view or play mode and on the exercise page by clicking the play icon (looks like a sideways triangle)
