How to Load Test Data

  1. Navigate to the Reports Dashboard

  2. Click on the test period (or personal best) to load exercises from the test period onto the dashboard

  3. Click on each exercise you would like scores displayed for on the dashboard

  4. Use the filter on the left to view specific groups of athletes
    - Can sort by Rosters, Graduating Classes, Gender, Weight Classes or Tags

How to Load Training Data

  1. Navigate to the Reports page

  2. Click on the "Training Data" tab near the top to the Reports page

  3. Select the date range to see data for workouts scheduled within that date range

  4. Select the workout to load data for

  5. Select the Exercise to load data for

  6. Select the set to load data for

  7. Click "Add to Grid"

    1. In order to add additional sets or exercises to the report, simply select a different exercise or set from the drop downs previously utilized and click "Add to Grid" once more.

How to Load Gains/Losses

Gains/Losses with test data

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page

  2. Click the "Gains/Losses" tab located near the top center of the page

  3. Select "Test Data" from the first drop down

  4. Select the first test period to compare data with

  5. Select the second test period to compare data with

  6. To show the gain/loss in pounds, leave the "Show As Percent" off, to show gain/loss as a percent, click the "Off" switch to turn it on

  7. Click the blue "Load" button

Gains/Losses with Training Data

  1. Navigate to the Reports Page

  2. Click the "Gains/Losses" tab located near the top center of the page

  3. Select "Workout Data" from the first drop down

  4. Select the date range to view workouts assigned within that time frame

  5. Select the first workout to compare

  6. Select the second workout to compare

  7. Select the set to compare data off of

  8. To show the gain/loss in pounds, leave the "Show As Percent" off, to show gain/loss as a percent, click the "Off" switch to turn it on

  9. Click the blue "Load" button

How to run an attendance report

  1. Navigate to the Reports Dashboard page

  2. Click "Attendance" from near the top center of the page

  3. Choose a start and end date for the report

  4. Click the blue "Show" button

  5. Utilize the filters on the left side of the page to view specific groups of athletes at once (more than one filter may be used at once)

*All reports generated on the Reports Dashboard may be exported to Excel or printed by clicking the "Options" button and selecting your choice.
