See how to enter Training Max and/or Training Data Per Set on the mobile app. This can be done from a coach or athlete account

Coaches

  1. Log into the mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Calendar Page

  3. Click on the assigned workout that has Training Max and/or Training Data Per Set enabled

    1. Once the workout has been loaded, by default a view similar to "IMAGE 1" above will be seen. We call this the "Crow's Nest Accountability View"

    2. Note the number in the blue circle to the right of the athlete's name, this displays the number of data entries required in the workout

  4. Click the athlete's name data is to be entered for

  5. Enter the reps completed and weight lifted where applicable. Example view in "IMAGE 2" above

    1. When entering weight and reps complete for a burnout set, always make sure to enter the weight first to get the proper training max calculated

  6. Click the back arrow in the upper left corner of the page to return to the roster

    1. in "Image 3" above, note the green check mark icon to the right of athlete "Eskildsen, Colby", this means all data entries for the workout have been completed


Athletes

  1. Log into the mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Calendar Page

  3. Click on the assigned workout for the day

  4. Enter the reps completed and weight lifted where applicable. Example view in image above

    1. When entering weight and reps complete for a burnout set, always make sure to enter the weight first to get the proper training max calculated
