How to generate workout sheets
After building the workout(s) navigate to the Sheet Builder page
Click on the folder containing the workout(s) you wish to generate sheets for
Select the workout(s) you wish to generate sheets for
Select or deselect the movements you wish to include/not include on the sheet
- If printing more than one workout on the sheet, removing movements that are not necessarily needed on the sheet such as "Spot" or "Rest" helps save space allowing more workouts to fit on less sheets of paperClick the check box to the left of "Print Notes on Sheets" if you wish to include notes
Select the "Max Source" from the drop down menu
Select which roster(s) you wish to generate sheets for
Check the "Group Athlete" box located near the rosters drop down if groups for the roster have previously been created and you wish to print sheets by group
leave unchecked if no groups have been created or you wish to print sheets individually for each athlete
Click the blue "Generate Sheets" button
