How to build workouts with sequential timers
Ideal to use when every athlete is doing the same movements at the same time, such as during warm-ups, cool downs and core work.
Open the workout you wish to add a sequential timer to on the workouts page
- If you have not previously created the workout, click HERE to learn how.Click the sequential timer icon to add it to the workout (circled in the picture below)
Enter the number of sets for the athletes to complete, the setup time and the rest between sets time
Select the exercise you wish to use from the "Select Exercise" drop down
Enter the work time and rest time
Enter any additional notes/coaching ques
If you need to add additional exercises, click the blue "+Exercises" button
