How to fast forward and rewind workouts

  1. Once the workout is in play mode, click the circle (circled in the picture above) and drag and drop it to the right to fast forward and to the left to rewind

*You may skip the beginning of a timer or set by clicking the number corresponding to the timer or set located to the right of the fast forward/rewind bar
