Creating the practice plan

After you have created a new practice you will see a screen similar to the picture below

Things to note:

  • The blue time displayed to the right of the practice plan's name displays the total time to complete practice (the time of each different period added together)

  • The time to the right of the period (example in picture above is "Period 1" ) displays the amount of time set for that single period

  • Additional drills can be added to a period by clicking the blue "+Drill" located to the far right of the period's name

  • Additional periods may be added above or below an existing period by clicking the "Add Period Above" or "Add Period Below" blue text located to the far right of a period's name

  1. Click the pencil icon to the right of "Period 1" to rename the period if necessary. If the amount of time needed to complete the period needs to be changed from the default 10 minutes, the period length may be edited here as well.

  2. Click the "+Drill" button to add the first drill to the plan

    1. Select an existing drill to add to the period. If you wish to add a new drill to the period, simply type the drill you wish to create into the drop down and click "(Create New)"

    2. If you wish to change the color the drill will be displayed as on the timers, you may do so by clicking the colored circle to the right of the drill name

    3. Once the drill has been selected, select which position/group that will be included in the drill

    4. Enter the time needed for the drill (time of the drill cannot be longer than the time of the period)

    5. Enter any applicable notes for the drill

    6. Click the blue "Add" button

  3. Continue adding drills to the period as needed

  4. Click "Add Period Above" or "Add Period Below" to add a new period to the practice plan

  5. Enter a name for the Period and a duration

  6. Repeat steps 4-12 as needed to complete the practice
