Allows you to message your coaching staff directly or in groups, and create conversations with athletes by roster, position or directly. Messages are accessible to any coach via the website or App, while they are only accessible to athletes registered for the RackCoach APP.
Messaging Through the APP:
Log into your RackCoach account through the mobile app
Click the paper airplane icon located in the upper right corner of the app
Select an existing conversation or create a new one by:
clicking the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the page on the app
type the name of the athlete/coach associated with the team you wish to start a conversation with OR click "Rosters" or "All Coaches" to send a message to a filtered group of people
Type the message into the text box
Press the blue paper airplane button to the right of the text box to send the message
Messaging Through the Website
Navigate to the Rack Messenger (accessible by clicking the envelop icon in the upper right corner of any Rack page)
Select an existing conversation or create a new one by:
clicking the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the page on the app
type the name of the athlete/coach associated with the team you wish to start a conversation with OR click "Positions" or "All Coaches" to send a message to a filtered group of people (ATHLETES MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE APP TO RECEIVE MESSAGES)
click the blue "Create" button to create the conversation
Type the message into the text box
Press the blue paper airplane button to the right of the text box to send the message
